Nicole Richie made a stop at traffic school yesterday, and Joel Madden's babymama was spotted carrying a bright orange Hermes Birkin bag. Hey, if you paid a few thousand dollars for a purse, you'd call it a baby too!
Of course, it's nowhere near as precious as Harlow - she's priceless!

I think that basic birkin starts at 7500. Its still damn expensive for a bag but when you're a celeb and you've got a lot of cash, what's 10 grand on an accessory? And Hermes does not give away their bags.
