Nicole Richie knocked off another day of traffic school yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, she stayed silent on way to and from class - but then again, we'd be keeping a low profile too if we'd stepped out the night before looking like this!
Actually, we think this look suits Nicole pretty well - she can really make "hippie-chick" look easy!
