The Incredible Shrinking Nicole?

Once again, we caught Nicole Richie stopping by her court-mandated driving school yesterday afternoon for another lesson.
Is it just us, or is Nicole starting to shrink down again? Not that there's anything wrong with slimming down for summer, of course - but given how smokin' hot Nicole's been looking lately, we hate to see her go!
Not that Nicole's not still a total fox, of course!

u guys man! some of you r haters and do not know fashion... i do think her legs look a little thin, but she's 5"1 so what! and the skinny jeans, white tee and headband look soooo cute! the only thing that kills it and makes her look a little thin is the mega platforms, its daytime she should be in cute flats!
