7:30, to answer your question. they bend the rules for celebrities,this is why so many healthy as a horse, young "stars" have C-sections. celebrities schedule a C-section so the baby can be taken a little early, to prevent that last 2-3 week tummy stretch, it is "sceduled" so the star, doctor and other important people are not inconvienced in the middle of the night, or water breaking,labor starting in a public place, etc. it does not stretch out the vagina like a natural birth, better sex later. the baby looks much better and ready for an immediate photo op due to not having to squeeze down the birth canal, no bruises or mis-shapen head. the plastic surgeon can come in and do a tummy tuck at the same time so the celebrity can look like they never gave birth a week later! anybody with a medical backround have something to add?
