I kinda love that Nicole Richie is preggers again. I mean, I was shocked when she got pregnant the first time around! But now it seems pretty clear that her days of partying (and driving up freeway exit ramps) are over and she wants to be a mom. Good for her! Plus, she looks pretty while preggers!
Babydaddy Joel Madden must agree, because he keeps getting buffer for her every day!

PR 101 Changing from bad girl to good girl:
1. Have child(ren), no need to be married
2. Set up your own foundation/charity
3. Make sure everyone knows about said charity. (Use Angelina Jolie as your model)
4. Make sure to have photo taken by paps often. Pimp your child unmercifully.
5. Flood all blogs (use friends & family) saying how much you've changed your life.
6. Compare yourself to others in young hollywood who have not yet taken this pr course. Reiterate how much better you are.
7. Still party, coke, pot, drink, but always keep on downlow. Use of sunglasses at night extremely helpful.
8. Repeat above steps. Lindsay, Paris, etc., it's time to sign up for the course.
