Nicole Scherzinger Is Sexy In Splitsville

Nicole Scherzinger is about to take the U.S. by storm as a judge on the American version of X Factor, and now she's sweeping the U.K., too!
The former Pussycat Doll is on the cover of the August issue of the U.K. edition of InStyle, and all we can say is, "Meow!" In the spread, Nicole does the splits vertically ... it's easy to see how the 33-year-old won Dancing With the Stars!
Judge Scherzinger shows off her body in the black-and-white themed pics, which we can't see anyone giving less than a 10. She tells the mag of her flexible figure: "My physique definitely takes work. But I fluctuate. Sometimes, I'm in superhero mode and I'm all buff and lean, but at the moment I'm a little more relaxed."
As relaxed as you can be doing the splits while standing up!
Apparently it was during the interview with InStyle that Nicole got the call that she'd been promoted from host to judge on X Factor (replacing the U.K.'s own Cheryl Cole). Should make for an interesting read!

At Scherzinger's b-day bash, fellow judge Paula Abdul led a crowd of hundreds in singing "Happy Birthday," and judge Simon Cowell presented Scherzinger with a cake ... that had his own face on it! He's quite the big-headed jokester.
