She seems obsessed with how she looks, and probably is. Probably working out the whole day, hardly eating and being obsessive about how she looks all the time. Sounds like a tough life. And by the way, even though she`s in great shape and has a toned body, that doesn`t change her face looks weird. (yes, probably enough botox...)
