Nicollette Sheridan Emerges For First Time Since Filing Lawsuit

Nicolette Sheridan was spotted Sunday in public for the first time since she filed suit against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry.
Looking as if the suit and the non-support of her former castmates were taking a toll on her, Nicolette kept her sunglasses on throughout lunch at Katsuya in Brentwood with her boyfriend.
Earlier this month, Sheridan filed suit against Cherry for assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. Sheridan claims in the suit that Cherry, "took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head" in September of 2008, and when she reported the incident to ABC, the network refused to take action.
Nicollette is seeking damages in the amount of $20 million dollars.
