Report: ABC To Offer Sheridan A "Peace Package"
Posted on Tue Apr 20, 2010 07:50 AM PDT

ABC is reportedly planning on offering former Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan a "peace package" to entice her to drop her $20 million suit against the show's creator, Marc Cherry.
Nicollette is suing Cherry for assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination stemming from an incident in 2008, in which Sheridan claims Cherry, "took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head."
“Our legal team is working to get both sides together to see if they can help Âbroker a compromise," a network source tells the Express. "This doesn’t mean that anyone is going to hand Nicollette $20 million to drop her action and walk away but there are various incentives that might be put on the table.â€
However, if the case does make it to court, attorneys for both sides say they will subpoena the cast and crew.
Could make for more drama than an episode of the hit show!
Do you think Nicollette has a case?
