She's growing up so fast! It seems like just the other day Miley's little sister was in kindergarten, and now she's wearing party dresses and head over heels in love with One Direction hottie Harry Styles!

The tween star was snapped grabbing lunch with parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus in Studio City on Friday afternoon, and on Tuesday Noah partied at Level 3 club in Hollywood with her mom and big sis Miley to celebrate her 13th birthday. Miley did Noah's makeup, and while the younger Cyrus seems to have no interest in copying her sibling's blonde buzz cut, it does look like she's going to be raiding her closet in the years to come!

Yesterday we snapped Noah Cyrus cruising around her neighborhood on a custom set of neon pink wheels, and the 12-year-old seems to be a natural! Maybe she's the one teaching her older sister Miley how to ride around?

After taking a break from acting and modeling (remember when Noah and fellow child star Emily Grace Reaves modeled those racy outfits for Ooh La La Couture?), we're curious to see what she'll do next!

Noah Cyrus was spotted taking her pastel pink Paul Frank bike for a spin with a pal yesterday, and it looks like the little ladies had a blast cruising the streets of Studio City.

So what's her big sister Miley been up to? Aside from hanging out with longtime love Liam Hemsworth and preparing to promote So Undercover, she's been catching up on her favorite TV shows! On Monday Miley tweeted, "Don't know whats better.... The AWESOME Mac & Cheese I made for @theBrandiCyrus or @aplusk on 2.5 men tonight! Hahaha so friggen funny." It definitely seems like she's an Ashton Kutcher fan, because shortly after that she wrote, "#sheenroast HAHAHAHA." Sorry Charlie!

We always thought 11-year-old Noah Cyrus was trying to emulate her big sister Miley, but turns out that she wants to be just like her mom Tish!

Wearing matching outfits from their black v-necks to their grey sweats right down to their flip-flops, the girls headed out to run some errands in Studio City.

The only thing missing that would make them look even more similar is the padded push-up bra Noah was sporting a few months back!

Who wouldn't want Miley Cyrus as their big sister?! Noah Cyrus must be the luckiest 11-year-old in the world to have the queen of all teen queens as her older sibling.

And with all Miley's fame, she still takes time out to share lunch at Sharky's with her little sis.

Miley Cyrus' little sister Noah was snapped with pal Bella Thorne in Hollywood last night, and before you freak out over the 11-year-old hitting the club scene, keep in mind that she was at Christian Combs' 13th birthday bash. Yup, he's Diddy's son, and the music mogul made sure there was everything from a red carpet to a fancy cake at the party.

The event was held at the Rolling Stone Restaurant & Lounge, and Noah's super famous big sister may not have been her plus one, but it looks like the pint size starlet still had a blast!

The younger Cyrus was riding the rails outside of her Toluca Lake home yesterday dressed appropriately in skinny jeans, Vans and a knit beanie.

Although Miley's precocious younger sis was in the company of a much older man, she doesn't seem to be following in Miley's footsteps quite yet -- the sk8tr boi seems to be teaching Noah the ins and outs of the board.

Noah hadn't been seen too much during her recent family turmoil. But since Billy Ray and Tish reconciled, we've seen the younger Cyrus shopping with her sister and spending time with her fam -- all with a big smile on her face!
