OctoMom TV Show - Not Quite Reality

Reports that OctoMom Nadya Suleman had inked a deal for a TV show were a bit premature.
Apparently, the UK company mentioned in the report says they are in "active negotiations" with OctoMom, but that no deal has been agreed to.
But even if they do strike a deal, it looks like they're going to have trouble finding someone to air the show in the US.
The Hollywood Reporter says several cable networks have already passed on the idea of a show featuring the mother of 14. Most saying they think viewers will be put off by Suleman's choice to have more children than she could afford and her erratic behavior.
"Please say, 'a Bravo spokesperson said we are not interested in this,'' a Bravo spokesperson told THR.
"It's not us," another cable network spokesperson said. "At least, I really hope it's not."
And in another strange twist - Nadya Suleman has filed papers to trademark the name "OctoMom."
The applications say that Suleman wants to put the Octomom name on television programs, clothing and disposable and cloth diapers. Sounds like OctoMom is pretty busy, wonder how she finds time to take care of 14 kids?

Hey as much as this woman grosses me completely out, I would rather she get money from a British company than us to have to support her on welfare. Either way she wasnt going to be giving those kids all of her attention as she is not right in the head. I hope beyond all hope that she will money from around the world - just not from my taxes.
She seems to spend her time at appointments with her lawyer for business deals much of the time when she is not shopping or being interviewed for photo ops with magazines or radaronline. She has both daytime and nighttime nannies-for both "sets" of kids. There is alot of interest in her even if we are turned off by what she does, as evidenced by all the posts all over the internet.

Their kids are not special. When I was growing up, lots and lots of people had 8-10 kids per family. Nobody made a show about them, nobody put them on magazine covers. Their parents supported their families from money they earned through honest employment. They did not mooch off thir childrenr leech off the government.

They have to be VERY unhappy living in a household with all of these nannies and cameras while their mother is out shopping, getting facials, nails done, teeth whittened, etc. The reason they look unhappy is because they ARE UNHAPPY!! I think the government should investigate this household with the nannies not being able to speak English and some having sores on their arms. They don't need to be around these young babies. I'm sorry, but those of you who are out there trashing the innocent kids make me sick! This is not their faults! They did not ask to be brought into this world!
