There were some HOT looks on the red carpet at the Cosmopolitan's New Year's Eve bash last night in Vegas and these (above) are just a few. Approximately 1500 people celebrated with Jay-Z and Coldplay, ringing in the new year in an insanely lavish venue with insanely beautiful people.
