Looks like Olivier Martinez is ready to officially be a dad! The hunky French actor took fiancee Halle Berry's daughter Nahla out on the beach Sunday for some fun in the sun and the two appear to be getting along famously!

No word yet on when Halle and Olivier will tie the knot, but a source suggests to X17online, the nuptials could be as soon as this summer: "They're considering getting married in France and Halle would like to live there part-time. They fell in love in Paris, so the city holds a special place in their hearts."

The two met on the set of Dark Tide in 2010, but first went public with their relationship in September, two years ago, when X17 spotted them kissing in the streets of Paris.

She may still have a boot cast on her foot, but Halle Berry was all smiles as she held fiancé Olivier Martinez's hand on her way to the dentist, before he pumped her Lexus SUV full of gas, on Monday afternoon. What a gentleman!

The newly engaged pair confirmed the news last week, and now new details of the Oscar winner's 4-carat emerald e-ring have finally been revealed! Jewelry house Mazlo revealed to People mag, "The ring is textured and contains codes and symbols which you cannot see, only the person wearing it can. It's very uncommon. The symbols and codes represent [the couple's] story and only they can interpret it."

Later that day, the lovebirds enjoyed a private lunch for two and had Greenblatt's delivered to their home. How romantic!

Reports in January had already claimed Halle Berry and her French beau Olivier Martinez were engaged but now it's confirmed! The actor spoke to Miami.com at the opening of his Villa Azur restaurant in South Beach and the site reports Martinez said, when asked of his relationship with the former Bond girl, "Yes, of course we're engaged!"

Berry, 45, and Martinez, 46, met on the set of Dark Tide and went public with their relationship in the fall of 2010.

It will be Martinez's first married; Halle's been married twice -- to baseball player David Justice in 1993 and to singer Eric Benet in 2001. She has a daughter, Nahla, with model Gabrial Aubrey.

Halle Berry isn't letting court drama with her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry get in the way of spending quality time with daughter Nahla and beau Olivier Martinez.

The threesome hit the beach in Malibu to soak in the sun and play in the sand. Nahla is having a blast swinging on a tire with Olivier looking on. So sweet!

The Oscar-winning actress, sporting a heavily decorated cast, seemed to be in great spirits despite her foot injury.

This morning, Berry will find out if Aubry will be forced to stay away from their daughter after the couple's nanny filed charges against him claiming the model shoved her and screamed racial slurs while she was holding the 3-year-old little girl.

While the Oscar-winning actress hung out in their beach house, Olivier took Nahla and her friend for a stroll in the sand. Just last week, Halle's little girl spent time with her dad Gabriel Aubry.

But it's obvious that just like mommy, Nahla loves spending time with Mr. Martinez. The twosome are now starting year two in their relationship, so it makes us wonder, could they be moving towards taking their status to the next level?

Halle Berry's daughter Nahla just gets cuter and cuter by the day!

The gorgeous actress picked up her baby girl - who was clinging tightly to her caterpillar art project - at school Wednesday before meeting up with boyfriend Olivier Martinez at The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles.

It was a really warm day in L.A., so we love that Halle wore a non-fussy white strapless jersey dress to run errands. Equally as cute? Nahla's quick change from a playground appropriate teddy bear tee, cargo pants and sneakers ensemble to a sweet white-and-black printed floral dress for lunch at the fancy café. Adorable!

While Halle and Nahla made the streets their own personal runway, Olivier kept up the role of doting boyfriend. He picked up a baguette and payed the valet before leading the way to the car. It's not often that we see all three together, so it's nice to see them looking like a happy little fam.
