good for him, i guess. but it makes you wonder about things. I mean, look at Britney...she scraped a parked car leaving a minor scratch in a parking lot and is going through absolute hell for it. Orlando does this...and gets away with it completely. I am NOT defending Britney in other areas at all....I just think its nuts that the damage done in Orlando's case was much worse and he is not being held accountable at all.

I've never heard of Orlando getting into any trouble. He's not really a tabloid fixture so I'll willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he did his best in a bad situation. He didn't seem to be running away. How can you run away with a bunch of cameramen following you catching your every move?

James first of all no one saw Orlando drunk either in the club or out of it. Second of all he tested negative for all drugs and alcohol shortly after the accident in the hospital. I don´t get people complaining about Britney being charged for hit and run in comparison to Orlando´s accident. The kind of damage done to cars or people is irrelevant in terms of a hit and run. Britney DID a hit and run, Orlando didn´t. Unlike Britney he didn´t leave the scene permanently. He was there when the police arrived. And I presume that he/his insurance answered for the damage immediately. Unlike Britney.

Regarding drugs or alcohol - apparently some people can´t read. He was tested at the hospital and neither drugs nor alcohol were involved. But yeah, Orlando probably bought the policemen, hospital staff etc...*eyeroll*

I hope they find the paps who caused this whole mess in the first place!

For the record, he was not at any time tested-at the scene nor at the hospital. Per the hospital and the police reports themselves.This is just another piece of fandom mythology being blown up around St. Orlando. There were no tests given, hence no sufficient evidence. Still by no means means he's innocent. There are a lot of fans who can still use their brains and know what they saw, what shape he was in, before he got behind the wheel...
It's going to be all sorts of "ironical" if the car that allegedly pushed him off the road was the one filled with fans! That would be beyond precious!
