2. It could be argued that he was injured, therefore his thinking process could have been affected.

I don't understand why you guys are saying he was drinking when they administered a blood test and the results show he was NOT drunk or on drugs....?????? He was cut off and that is what caused him to crash the car. Him leaving the scene however, bothers me b/c I really like him as an actor. I hope there is a good explanation for that.

Hell, he was probably walking around because he was in shock!!! Damn, the guy was just driving along minding his own business when someone almost hit him, causing him to smash into another car. Why isn't anyone talking about the driver that is REALLY responsible for this accident? Where is he/she?

I think from what i've seen of orlando over the years it doesn't seem like he would just walk away from the accident like that. He seems like a pretty decent guy. I thought maybe he was drunk but if the police are saying no maybe it was just shock.I've been in a car accident and believe me the first few minutes after are kind of like.. huh? ... what?

Orlando probably switched seats with the girl after they crashed because he was the most sober person in the car. The driver was obviously under the influence... I think if he had really been driving he would have stayed.. but he didn't like the situation he was put in, being forced into the driver's seat so that's why he tried to leave. He's pretty famous for being a bit dimwitted remember.

He was drinking water and walking fine. After the accident he is seen talking to the police, and ambulance crew. If he had alcohol on his breath they would have smelled it.

TO all the little fangirlies and desperate dried up old twats starting to scream "Conspiracy" because there is no video of Orlando switching to the drivers seat-although its clearly in the video and he's stated that he was driving in the police report- the woman driving from the bar was clearly unfit and they switched on down the road. No one knew the accident was going to happen so why would anyone video tape "evidence"? He was caught in the seat at the scene. And he was caught walking away... even the Pap sounded slightly incredulous and told him he just "had to go back and deal with it"!

that makes alot of sense 10:21, because when someone more fit to drive gets behind the wheel, they crash. how about the unfit driver crashed and orly (seeing as how the paps aren't there to document it) puts himself in the drivers seat to protect the other driver?

I think the crash is the least fascinating part about this. Orlando is going insane.

First he goes to the one car, and argues with some super-hot girl's boyfriend -- he must have been hitting on her. Then he apologizes, and goes back to his car, which already has two girls in it.

What was he doing, starting a collection? Is he some Saudi Arabian sheik putting together a harem? It looks to me like he is full of self-loathing.

Ok don't ask me how i know this but THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED....the woman who was driving the car (yes,SHE was the one driving the whole time) is Orlando's SISTER...SHE was clearly intoxicated and when the accident happened Orlando switched seats with her.And believe me he was NOT running away...remember that add with this guy who was running and initially in the add you thought he was being chased but at the end of the add you could see he was the one chasing the bad guys...well let's just say there is a reason why we don't see Orlando from the MOMENT he starts to walk away from the car but we only see him when the paps tell him to not go away...

Orlando's definitely not himself in this video...look at the way he's so giggly and friendly to the paps.

Then at the end you hear people saying 'its going to end in tears' and 'this is not gonna be good' seems like they knew how drunk they were...I can't seem to defend Orlando's behaviour in any way.

everyone is a dumbass once in awhile...it was his day. dui is serious, and until someone like him dies, no one will take it seriously. frankly, i don't give two sh*ts if he was drunk or not -- but i do believe the two girls definitely were & drinking and driving is a stupid choice. i could fucking care less about a conspiracy. if all of these actors want to go out and party, that's fine. just hire a driver. it's not like they don't have the money.
