Orlando actually crashed - this was a much more serious accident that resulted in someone being taken to the hospital with a fractured neck. Paparazzi are often agressive and use ruthless means to get their shots these days, but they don't force celebrities to go to clubs and trendy places where other celebs hang out! I just watched this whole video (unedited but no crash to be seen...). I am not a fan of Orlando Bloom - I don't even know what movies he has been in. However, he reached his hand out when the cop came, he was very close to the cops several times and if there were an alcohol scent, they would have known it, and he walks fine. Throughout the whole video, he never weaves or walks in a drunken way.

I see nothing that indicates he did anything wrong. He wasn't fleeing the scene. The car was registered to him and he knew there were crazy paps all over. How far would he have gotten? I think he was dazed and shaken. I have been in a car accident and I got out and RAN away before I realized what even happened.

Firstly, I'm a huge Orly fan. If those 2 chicks were his friends then he's not much of a friend is he? How can a man leave two injured ladies in a car wreck? He is definitely not drunk. But I do have to question his morals.

For all those saying - "oh he ran away in shock" - that is such bull.

If any reasonable person had an accident with two other people in the car, the first thing they'd do is find out if everyone is okay. If it was clear that one of them wasn't, they'd stay there and help and make sure the person got medical attention as soon as possible.

In this case one woman was obviously injured. She was bleeding from the head, for Christ's sake. Orlando took off and left her to bleed in the street. He's a jerk on that score alone.

I agree it's amazing how x17 has a video of everything that happened that night EXCEPT THE ACCIDENT!! Wow isn't that interesting?! The police have said that he had no alcohol or drugs in his system, that is one of the differences between his accident and Britney's. Do you honestly believe that the LAPD especially now with all of the people they are grabbing and putting in jail would let him go if they even had a hint of anything wrong from him. GET REAL. The officer did NOT want to shake (your) "photographers" hands because he chose not to. What difference does that make? It is so obvious that you are trying to spin this car accident to your advantage. It is obvious (you) or other photographers caused the accident. Police are calling Bloom "an innocent victim" in this accident and it seems there is a witness who told the police pretty much the same as what Bloom said, that he swerved to avoid a vehicle that cut him off in the turn. I think the witness must be someone in this video because it is supposedly someone who was on the sidewalk not far from the intersection when the accident happened.

In the accident scene video, someone is seen leaning in the driver side door talking to the woman in the front seat when Bloom walks up and when he backs away from the doorway he is heard telling Bloom "we're witnesses" and then someone is heard saying "paparazzi caused it." A few seconds later someone is heard calling someone "scumbags" and then saying; "You guys caused the injuries. You know that don't you?"

We still don´t know what happened between the actual crash and the video or how much time went by. To all of those who claim Orlando just left his friends without checking on them first and condemn him for it - were you there? Do you really believe that he didn´t at least talk to them and just left the car? I don´t. In one of the pictures where he´s still in the car it clearly shows that he´s talking to his friends. You can see that he´s turning around to the woman in the backseat. Of course I don´t know what happened either, but I tend to believe that his friends told him their injuries weren´t serious. Which apparently they weren´t. And I tend to assume that either Orlando or one of the witnesses called for help before the video was shot.
Oh, and I´d like to know where the report about a neck fracture came from. For all I know the woman in the backseat could just have a laceration (which tend to bleed quite badly without even being deep) and a whiplash/strained neck. At least all were released from hospital after a few hours. Do you really think they´d do that if someone were badly injured, e.g. with a fractured neck?

I think that you guys caused the accident. Its horrible that you cant leave stars alone.

Firstly, why would be fleeing the scene knowing that there are paps all over the place to take his pic? And, if he was fleeing, why would he do so by going down what was clearly the busier street? Personally, it looked to me as though he was going for help. There is and LAPD station about a mile and a half away (on Wilcox BETWEEN Fountain and DeLongpre) from where the crash occurred and Fountain would have been a logical street to walk down if you hoped to flag down an officer.

Secondly, the officer did not shake Orlando's hand. In fact, he seemed reluctant to do so initially when Orlando extended his hand. How would the officer even know who that was, anyway? Orlando had his hood up and his face was somewhat obscured.

Thirdly, if this is unedited footage, why is there no footage of Orlando changing places with the brunette woman who was initially driving? And why is there no footage of the actual accident?

In interviews he always talks about how much his mother reads the websites. I agree with 12:14 and 1:02,it seems he's been spiralling out of control for awhile. That last year he and Kate were together they were all dirty and ragged and strung out looking all the time. She just hit bottom first. Thank goodness she had family or friends who cared enough to get her out of there. I also remember that weird ass interview he did for POTC3 recently where he was making strange faces and noises the whole time-I think it might still be on youtube or something- so unlike him. Even some of his fans started whispering in response to that one. And you can't ignore how emaciated he looked after disapearing in London this spring, I have a hard time believing it was just stress before the play. I imagine he's had equal stress earlier in his career and he never looked that haggard. Sad. Anyway, yea, the cracks have been showing for awhile and the accident was inevitable really. Sorry, but how has he "been spiralling out of control for awhile"? I really must be living under a rock, because I for sure couldn´t see it… I can´t remember reading or hearing about any scandals, drunken romps or anything really bad in the last few months before this night. And about him looking "emaciated" while he was in London – sometimes he did look a bit tired or on the thin side in pictures, especially since he was sick for a while. But I saw him on stage as well as afterwards and he looked much better, healthier and sturdier in real life than in pictures.

About him doing nearly nothing this year – he did a lot of promotion for Pirates 3 and he did a play for a few months. Which by the way was a success for him, even with the critics. Just because he didn´t shoot a new movie in Hollywood, doesn´t mean he didn´t do anything. He clearly said that he wanted to take a little break. There are a lot of actors and actresses out there who aren´t nearly as successful as him, have much worse reputation etc. and still have a career. So why shouldn´t he? About the statement that others outside of his fandom clearly blame him – most people outside of his fandom don´t even know about the accident. The general public may be more objective about an actor than his or her fan base because they are not emotionally tied to the actor. Would Orlando's fans hold another actor, under the exact same set of circumstances, innocent as well? Fans are sometimes very protective of their favorite actor or actress, or singer, so their extreme loyalty sometimes blinds them. And as for family and friends, sometimes it's good to have them stick by you and stand up for you during hard times. I think Sebastian meant well, but it's a fact that Orlando has been known to drink in the past, by his own admission. He was seen having champagne with Jennifer Anniston at the wedding they attended in Mexico, according to reports, so he does drink. That sighting was fairly recent. Lying in order to protect him only makes things look worse, in my opinion. As for the facts and the law being on Orlando's side, we don't necessarily know what all the facts are, nor do we know the law in that regard. The investigation is apparently ongoing, and what all the facts are remains to be seen and heard. If Orlando feels he's been tricked, set up or given a bad deal, he can have his day in court, in which case all the relevant facts and evidence will be presented. Witnesses may be brought forward to give testimony regarding what they heard and saw.

Not everyone is jealous of every single celebrity or movie star out there. They're people who are human, like the rest of us, and they all make mistakes and do stupid things, like the rest of us. But they sometimes do foolish things publicly, while living their lives in the public eye. If some of them lack common sense, that's their problem. I think both the paparazzi and Orlando Bloom need to examine their own behavior and choices in this situation. Bloom should know by now how to avoid the paparazzi and how to have his privacy by now, assuming that's what he really wants. Some celebs pay lip service to the term "privacy" and some are sincere.

He definately is one to only pay lipservice to "privacy". hm, okay x17online. I sat through the whole "unedited" footage of what you're claiming to show Orlando Bloom drunk and that is was ALL his fault that he hit an park car. Point blank, all the footage proved to me is that you guys hound the poor guy all night into you got your prize (him getting into a wreak). I've seen drunk people before, I've even seen druged people before. Orlando doesn't look niether. He is walking in a straight line, except for the times he was going around in circles, just to attemp to get away from you fools. And he was alert and responding well, something someone druged out doesn't do.

Hard to see after getting your picture taken even once, reg camera. the paps use extra high intensity flashes, poor guy had his eyes flashed hundreds of times, chased by vultures, then they blame him. I've have watched both videos and not one time does it show him behind the wheel. You see him leaving with the burnette driving and than he is walking along the street after the wreck and there is no in between filming done why is that I wonder? I don't think he was driving and I think the burnette who you don't see until he goes back to the car jumped over into the passenger seat not only that if he was drinking heavily before the wreck he sure walked a great distance before getting into the car with the burnette and he seemed to be very stable on his feet. Get a grip here people...the video speaks for itself I believe the guys filming ran them out of the road and caused her and yes she was driving to hit that parked car. Is it wrong for him to shake hands with a police officer, no it is not. He was being polite and extended his hand in greeting something that most people who have been raised with manners would in the same situation and they know that his actions were very well done. Geez it never ceases to amaze me how people build a mountain out of mole hill.
