Angelica Marie Cecora already announced that she was suing Oscar De La Hoya, claiming he imprisoned her during "a kinky night of sex and drugs," and now it's been revealed that she wants an apology -- and $5 million -- from the boxing champ.

Cecora told reporters after a hearing today at Manhattan Supreme Court, “Oscar needs to acknowledge his mistakes. He knows he did something wrong." De La Hoya wasn’t present at the hearing, but his lawyer said he’s been to rehab and is trying to start fresh. "Mr. De La Hoya has made mistakes but he's changed his act," Judd Burstein told the press. "[Cecora will] probably be the last one who can make such claims."

So what all is Cecora claiming happened? Apparently after dinner and drinks, she had sex with De La Hoya, and he then ordered $200 worth of cocaine and $100 worth of marijuana to his room. Things got even freakier when Cecora and De La Hoya engaged in "an extreme sex act" with her roommate and several sex toys, and the night became really sticky when Cecora reportedly tried to go to sleep and De La Hoya tried to drag her out of bed three times to have sex. She “was afraid to leave the hotel room because she feared that the defendant would attempt to have sex with her against against her will,” according to court papers.

Cecora is seeking damages for emotional distress, imprisonment, assault and battery.

After Angelica Marie Cecora filed a lawsuit against Oscar de la Hoya last week claiming he imprisoned her during "a kinky night of sex and drugs," the boxing legend has fired back. De la Hoya’s attorney Judd Burstein called Cecora “a prostitute and a grifter” and asked a judge to dismiss the complaint.

Cecora accused de la Hoya of emotional distress, false imprisonment, assault and battery after the two hooked up last March, and Burstein's court papers state, "This case is a disgrace. Reduced to its essentials it alleges that [de la Hoya] engaged in [wrongful] conduct because, after he and [Cecora] had engaged in consensual sexual intercourse, he unsuccessfully sought to convince her a few hours later to have sex with him again.” The motion asks for sanctions against Cecora’s lawyers for filing the suit, claiming that she “voluntarily engaged in unusual sexual activities” with de la Hoya.

“The allegations pre-date Oscar going to rehab,” Burstein told the NY Post. “He has turned his life around in part by publicly taking responsibility for what actually happened in his past. But the idea that he engaged in anything non-consensual is absolutely false. It is not surprising that she will prostitute the truth in order to try to make a quick buck. She just chose the wrong victim because Oscar is not going to allow his past to become a golden ticket for anyone who wants to make up a story.”

So what does Cecora have to say about this? Her lawyer, Tony Evans, told the Post, “To call [my client] a prostitute and a grifter is the saddest and lowest maneuver possible ... We knew a powerful man would attack her character. We didn’t attack his character. Threatening sanctions is a bullying tactic. And, it only makes me more excited for this case.”

A second sexy lady is coming forward with a lawsuit against boxing great Oscar De La Hoya, the New York Post reports.

X17 first brought you photos in 2007 (above) of De La Hoya wearing women's lingerie during a night of partying. The woman involved in that incident, Milana Dravnel, sued De La Hoya after he claimed the photos were fake. She settled out of court with De La Hoya (for a reported $20 million) to keep quiet, but De La Hoya finally admitted in late August of this year that our pics were real.

De La Hoya had entered rehab in May of this year. But now, ANOTHER woman is coming forward. Angelica Marie Cecora, 25, a model for Playboy and Maxim, says that before the boxer entered rehab, he engaged in a scary hotel sex romp with her, too.

Cecora says that De La Hoya contacted her online, telling her his name was Thomas Crown (the rich playboy from the film The Thomas Crown Affair), then revealed his true identity when he took her to dinner on March 15.

After eating, he paid with his AmEx Black Card, then told her he wanted her to spend the night with him at The Ritz-Carlton on Central Park South. He had been drinking heavily during dinner, then ordered more alcohol once they were in his suite -- and ordered drugs to be delivered to the room. She says:

“It was beyond kinky. Things that I don’t even know how to explain were done with him. ... He started to put my stuff on, my underwear. I had a skirt with me. He put that on. ... He was the exact same size as me. He fit into the tiniest pair of underwear that I had been wearing. ... He was dancing, playing around with my [clothes], playing a woman, very feminine. ... We had intercourse . . . He wasn’t taking no for an answer ... he just wanted more and more [drugs] ... "

Cecora says De La Hoya told her he idolized Charlie Sheen and kept shouting, "Winning!" while getting "completely wasted." Cecora called her roommate to help her.

Oscar De La Hoya is admitting that the racy photos taken in 2007 are, indeed, him.

In a new interview with Univision, the "Golden Boy" says:

"Yes, yes, it was me [in those pictures]."

X17online obtained the photos exclusively back in 2007, and at the time, numerous online reports claimed they were fake. Oscar, 38, is now telling the truth about that day with Siberian model Milana Dravnel on November 15, 2007.

De La Hoya, who admits to being drunk and on cocaine during this photo session adds, "I am tired now of lying, of lying to the public and of lying to myself."

The boxer reportedly paid Dravnel $20 million to keep silent about that night.

Oscar De La Hoya is holding back NOTHING in a candid new interview with Spanish-language network Univision. He's admitting to past drug and alcohol abuse ... and infidelity. "Rock bottom was recently. Within a couple of years, just thinking if my life was even worth it. I don't have the strength; I don't have the courage to take my own life. But I was thinking about it.''

As for which drugs he abused, the boxer also admits:

"My drug of choice was cocaine and alcohol, hmm. Cocaine was recent, the last two years, last 2-1/2 years, and I depended more in the alcohol than the cocaine."

Former boxing great Oscar de la Hoya has decided to check himself into a rehab facility, it was announced today.

The 37-year-old Gold Medal Olympian said in a statement:

"After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on. Like everyone, I have my flaws, and I do not want to be one of those people that is afraid to admit and address those flaws. I am confident that with the support of my family and friends, I will become a stronger, healthier person."

The announcement comes on the heels of a cryptic message the boxing champ recently posted on his Twitter, revealing: "Stop finding excuses not to live. life is controlled by what you make of it and not of what it makes of you."

De La Hoya won an Olympic gold medal for boxing in 1992, and retired in 2009 with a career record of 39 wins in the ring.
