Oscar de la Hoya chickened out yesterday and was a no-show at what was supposed to be a courtroom showdown with the girl who took the pix of him in lingerie.

The Russian former Scores dancer, Milana Dravnel, was there with her attorney Salvatore Strazzullo to file five courses of action against de la Hoya, including defamation of character, libel and intentional emotional distress. Her $100 million (the New York Times says it's $25 million) lawsuit was filed in November.

What it boils down to, is that Milana claims Oscar threatened her during the time she was distributing her pictures and telling her story (through X17), to the media. Oscar didn't want the pictures to be published, of course, but when they were, he claimed they were Photoshopped. NOT TRUE!

X17 received legal notice at the time we published the pictures, exclusively on X17online.com -- we replied that we felt confident in the authenticity of the images and we never heard from Oscars' lawyers again.

I'm guessing this legal match will be better than anything we ever saw Oscar do in the ring!

Milana Dravnel, the woman who took these very, uh, revealing photos of Oscar de la Hoya, will finally see him again tomorrow.

But don't bet on any more gender-bending photo shoots, Milana is suing Oscar (to the tune of $100 Million!) for intimidation and defamation, after Oscar allegedly threatened her to keep quiet about the photos, which De La Hoya claimed were fakes.

It could be incredibly nerve-wracking for Milana to face Oscar in court tomorrow - but if she gets nervous, we suggest she just picture him in his (or better yet, her) underwear. It's not like she doesn't have plenty of fodder!

People reports that Oscar de la Hoya and Millie Corretjer, pictured above, have a new baby girl named Nina Lauren Nenitte de la Hoya. Born Saturday in Puerto Rico, Nina is the couple's second child together - Oscar has two kids from previous relationships.

Milana is claiming alleged fraud, defamation, interference with contract, infliction of emotional distress and undue influence, against De La Hoya and two other defendants, according to her lawyer, Salvatore Strazullo. Milana, who maintains that the photos are 100% real, apparently shared a yearlong affair (and a love of lingerie) with the boxer, who is currently expecting a child with his wife, Millie Corretjer.

By now, you've probably all seen these photos, but now we're hearing that Oscar may have a history of parading around in his skivvies! The NY Daily News is reporting that this wouldn't be the first time he's been caught with his pants down. Apparently, a source claims that during a Victoria's Secret after-party a few years ago in New York, "He stripped to his briefs, put on one of the models' feathered angel wings and screamed, 'I'm the Devil in disguise!'"
