It's time to go back home, and celebrate!

After beating out both George Clooney and Brad Pitt to take home the Best Actor Oscar for his work in The Artist, Jean Dujardin was spotted leaving The Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills to catch a flight back to France, on Monday afternoon, and he was definitely in a celebratory mood!

The French actor gave his wife, Alexandra Lamy, a big dramatic smooch in front of the hotel before, hopping in a waiting car en route to LAX.

Dujardin became the first ever French-born actor to win the Academy Award, but don't expect to be seeing him on the big screen any time soon! While speaking to French journalists after his win, the actor confessed, "We're going to see if there are projects to develop, why not, but I will never be an American actor. Don't dream things up."

Sean Young has been released from the Hollywood LAPD police station after being taken into custody for reportedly slapping a security guard outside the Academy Awards' Governors Ball last night.

We caught the actress at her Santa Monica home early this morning and she told us all about the incident and showed us bruises she claims were sustained during an altercation with a guard.

Young was outside the Oscars bash, taking photos with fellow celebs, when security guards asked the 52-year-old Blade Runner actress to leave the party because she didn't have a ticket, according to TMZ.

That's when the actress allegedly struck the guard and was placed under citizen's arrest for misdemeanor battery.

Young says the arrest is the fault of the Academy's lawyer.

The stars flocked to the hottest party of the night ... the Vanity Fair post-Oscars party at the Sunset Towers Hotel.

Victoria and David Beckham made their way into the star-studded party. Posh, 37, was wearing a gorgeous white gown from her own collection with a skinny black belt.

Katie Holmes, wearing a strapless chiffon gown by Elie Saab, was escorted into the party by sexy hubby Tom Cruise.

And a blue-haired and single Katy Perry rocked a shimmery Blumarine gown. Yikes ... may be a good time to get that hair back to normal, girlfriend!

During the late night host's post-Oscars show, Kimmel debuted the hilarious trailer for Movie: The Movie.

Anybody who's anybody is in there ... including Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Alba and Matt Damon. Loves it!

It was no surprise The Artist took the top prize at the 84th Annual Academy Awards Sunday night, winning Best Picture. The film's lead, Jean Dujardin, won Best Actor and the film's helmer, Michel Hazanavicius, Best Director.

The silent, black and white film -- a tribute to old Hollywood -- took home four Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday and had previously won three Golden Globe Awards.

Meanwhile, Meryl Streep won top honors in the ladies' category, beating out favorite Michelle Williams (My Week With Marilyn) for the Best Actress. Streep's portrayal of Margaret Thatcher in The Iron Lady won much critical praise, and won her a Golden Globe last month as well.

Christopher Plummer became the oldest ever actor to win an Oscar (for Best Supporting Actor), at 82, for his role in Beginners. Octavia Spencer to the Best Supporting Actress prize for her role in The Help -- the only category in which the heavily-nominated film won.

Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris won for Best Screenplay and George Clooney starrer The Descendents won Best Adapted Screenplay.

Otherwise, Clooney's film came up dry, as much of Hollywood was waiting with anticipation to see if the sex symbol or his sexier pal Brad Pitt (Tree of Life and Moneyball) would walk away with any golden statues.

In the end, Brad's partner, Angelina Jolie, stole the show with her high-slit dress and super-sexy exposed leg. On the red carpet and as a presenter, Jolie stuck her leg out with no shame, batted her eyes and gave the fans what they wanted. She gets our prize for Sexiest Guest!

The hot mama of six, who will be presenting the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay, wore Neil Lane jewels and carried a Jaime Mascaro clutch.

We think Ms. Jolie has never looked sexier! Va-va-voom!!

The 50-year-old Descendants actor, who's nominted for Best Actor, rocked a classic Giorgio Armani tux while his lady shimmered in a gold Marchesa dress.

Stacy, 32, also happened to be dripping in Lorraine Schwartz jewels while carrying a Judith Leiber clutch. So chic!

Before hitting the carpet, Stacy Tweeted, “We are off!!!! I feel like I’m going to the prom. #oscars SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!”
