Kristen Stewart Hobbles Around On Crutches At The 2013 Oscars

What did she do to herself?! We knew she was clumsy, but she really has the worst timing!
Kristen Stewart posed for photos at the 2013 Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, and she looked gorgeous in this Reem Acra gown, but rather than wearing strappy shoes and a bunch of bling, her main accessories were two crutches!
Kristen will hit the stage as a presenter tonight, so perhaps she'll explain her mystery injury then?
