Sharon Osbourne stepped out to dinner with a male companion yesterday amid divorce rumors.
The TV personality recently opened up about her marital woes and Ozzy's drug addiction on her show The Talk. "We're not getting divorced," she said in late April. "However, am I happy? No. Am I upset? Yes, I am. I'm devastated right now."
The Black Sabbath singer admitted on Facebook that he's been drinking and using drugs for over a year. Sharon said that their family is collectively tackling his addiction and that they have "dealt with worse."
"Everybody knows he's been struggling with this his entire life," she said. "I never knew he was using prescription drugs. I knew he was drinking occasionally, but I didn't realize the extent."
According to several reports, Sharon is set to rejoin U.K.'s X Factor judging panel after securing a 1.5 million pound deal. She will likely replace solo artist and N-Dubz member Tulisa Constavlos. Sharon left her previous judging gig at America's Got Talent at the end of last season.
Jessica Simpson has packed up her family and is headed to Hidden Hills! The Fashion Star mentor is moving into Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's former 7-bedroom manse -- perhaps to have some extra room for her baby boy that's on the way.
The 11,000-square-foot property boasts city and mountain views, gorgeous gardens, a swimming pool, hot tub, Travertine flooring, large motor court with separate garage, maids quarters, gym, library and master suite with dressing area. Jess and Eric reportedly paid just under $13 million for the digs.

Despite reports that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne were living apart and no longer wearing their wedding rings, the rocker has released a statement denying that the two are headed for a divorce and explaining why there have been some problems.
Ozzy wrote on Monday night:
For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an asshole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober.
Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I’m just trying to be a better person.
I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period………and my fans.

Ozzy has reportedly moved in to a rented Beverly Hills mansion while Sharon was staying at the Beverly Hills hotel, and a source told The Sun, "They are living at different addresses and not spending any time together. They row a lot. They aren't acting like husband and wife."
Still, that doesn't explain daughter Kelly's tweet the other day. "Why does every family in the world have that 1 member that will never get it and is completely ignorant to life in general," she wrote.
