Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have sold their gorgeous beach pad in Malibu for $7.95 million.

The reality show couple, who bought the house for $5.1 million back in 2003, had listed the pad last year for $10 million.

The Osbournes' 4,500 sq. ft. home boasts five bedrooms, four baths and of course, a beautiful view of the ocean.

America's first favorite reality TV family joined forces on Monday night for the screening Of God Bless Ozzy Osbourne, a documentary film which benefits the Musicares Map Fund.

God Bless Ozzy will give audiences across the country a chance to get up close and personal with the Crazy Train singer. The film was shot over the course of three years and surrounds the real life story of Ozzy, as told by his youngest child, budding producer/filmmaker, Jack.

The film will premiere in an exclusive in-theater event that will be broadcast to more than 400 movie theaters nationwide on Wednesday, August 24 and Monday, August 29.

We can't wait to check it out!

Ozzy Osbourne is a classic rock star, and that means Sharon's hubby can afford any sports car he desires ... even if it costs over $200K! We're officially jealous.

The former MTV reality star tooled around Calabasas in his brand new black Ferrari. Ozzy looks thrilled to be behind the wheel of such a powerful ride. Let's hope he can handle all that horsepower!

X17 caught up with Ozzy Osbourne in Brentwood on Sunday, and the rocker is looking like his classic self, rocking tattoos and a white tee.

Ozzy and wife Sharon recently put their mansion up for sale.

Earlier this year Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's LA mansion was in danger of being seized by the Internal Revenue Service for a $1.8 million tax bill. Now, the house is up for sale for $12.9 million.

The 11,000 square foot abode sits on 2.25 acres and has six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Wow. It has a city and a mountain view (because we all need both), a swimming pool, a hot tub, maids quarters, a gym and a library.

And if you bought the property, your neighbors would include Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, the Kardashians and Denise Richards. Block party, anyone?

As for the IRS mess, Sharon said the family's financial advisers botched things, but that she should have been more in-the-know about their business affairs.

First he doesn't know who Justin Bieber is, now he's over Lady Gaga! We heart Ozzy.

Rocker Ozzy Osbourne dished about not missing his former reality show The Osbournes, being proud of daughter Kelly Osbourne's weight loss and his advice to Lady Gaga in an interview with UsMagazine.com:

"I do think Lady Gaga should take a break for a little while. She's getting to be too much, and she doesn't watch the exposure of her clothes. She's just too overexposed. She could be the next Madonna if she played her cards right. I like her, but I'm getting a bit sick of her. When I turn on the TV, I see her wearing another lamp shade or whatever. She needs to take a break, I think, for an hour or so. I love her, I think she's really, really entertaining, but she's doing a bit too much. Every day it is something else. The specialness of her is gonna get killed if she doesn't calm it down. Who manages her? Someone should whisper in her ear and say back off for a couple of months -- let people gain interest back. Let people want you, you know?"

Understandable! And does Ozzy now know who Justin Bieber is?

"Who?" he asks, followed by: "Oh, the young kid who sits there with the guitar. He’s like 9..."
