Once again, our readers come through in the clutch - we received an email identifying Pam Anderson's mystery man from yesterday as PETA vice president Dan Matthews! Moreover, our eagle-eyed star-spotter points out that their meeting might not have been as personal as the pix indicated, as Matthews has a book coming out next week detailing his experiences in the war for animal rights with celebrities like Pink, Morrissey, and - of course - Pam. Of course, that doesn't mean Danny and Pammy aren't old chums - after all, they've both certainly put in plenty of work fighting for our four-legged friends!
Friends or not, Kid Rock's still probably going to be pretty pissed to see a new arm around his ex-wife - maybe he can eat a dozen steaks to get revenge!
