Regardless, Pam still continues to wear her fashion uniform of strapless dresses, flip-flops and smeared makeup to the grocery store.
Her boys must be so proud.
No wonder they're never spotted at the store with her!

There is nothing remotely attractive about this hideous, nasty, disease infested piece of white trash!!! She looks like something that washed up on the shores of Malibu. Look at her, her face is old and banged up! WTF happened to her? I've seen abandoned horses and homeless people that look better than her. She seriously needs to stay home and do something with herself. She looks absolutely skanky nasty!! Her poor boys, what an embarassment.

Look, I love some of your stuff, like the Celebs nobody else covers. But on this snark, x17 needs the intervention. Pam is a Mom shopping. A lot of shopping Moms look like shit. Acknowledge celebrities who do their own grunt work. Don't expect them to always look red carpet ready.
