We couldn't help but notice Paris and Nicky Hilton ducking into the Specialty Surgical Center after a quiet lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday - and before you ask, no, they don't perform that kind of surgery! Most of the Center's business comes from eye-related surgery, so we're guessing that one of the hotel heiresses might be undergoing the Lasik procedure or something similar. At the very least, we can probably expect to see the Hilton sisters in some new sunglasses soon!
