Once again, X17 brings you the goods first - check out these pictures of Paris Hilton standing in her window last night at 3:30 AM! Of course, unlike most of the other late nights in Paris' life, she hardly appeared to be in a celebratory mood -- she had her head in her hands, bent over her kitchen counter. This was just before we caught a man who described himself as a "physician" leaving her house at 4 am today.

Every morning, in LA county jails, inmates are given the chance to speak to a doctor. I have seen hundreds of people who are faking mental breakdowns and many others who are not. Those that the doctor feels may hurt themselves are placed on suicide watch. The others are told to suck it up. INMATES ARE NOT RELEASED EARLY, NOR ARE THEIR SENTENCES COMMUTED TO HOUSE ARREST, DUE TO MENTAL BREAKDOWNS!! Can you imagine the chaos that would ensue if the inmates found out that they could be released early simply for showing signs of a mental breakdown? It doesn't happen. Ever. At least until Paris Hilton. This was not a case of overcrowding as "celebs" are not housed in general population. As a matter of fact Tommy Lee, Robert Blake and OJ, were all berthed in the same cell during their incarceration. Even when inmates are released due to overcrowding, they release the ones who have served the highest percentage of their time. Anyone who has ever taken vacation in an LA county jail, knows that Paris was definitely given special treatment. The normal sentence for non compliance with a court order resulting from a DUI is 3 months. The earliest you can hope to get out is half that. If you keep your nose clean and participate in all your assigned classes, you will generally be released in 45 days. NOBODY GETS OUT IN UNDER 45 DAYS! As you might imagine, there are a lot of inmates incarcerated after being caught driving on a suspended license that was pulled after a DUI. I was and I did my time. If you get caught under the same circumstances, you'll do yours to. Unless your last name is Hilton.
