That's why the world loves Queen P -- Paris Hilton is rich, pretty, loves to shop, loves pink, has a hot boyfriend -- and fans the world over adore her for these things!
Paris went to Fred Segal yesterday to pick up a few new dresses -- perhaps the one she wore to her second birthday party last night at her parents' house. The birthday never ends ... happy 29th, P!
