Paris and Nicky Hilton attended an event at the Chloe boutique on Melrose benefitting the Step Up Women's Network last night, and the sisters were all smiles as they arrived at the bash. I know Paris is always in a perpetually good mood, but it looks like a little fashion goes along way with her little sister!
