More Legal Woes For Paris -- Hilton May Owe Pledge This Producers $160,000

As if her recent arrest and charge with felony possession of cocaine isn't enough to worry about, Paris Hilton is now facing a $160,000 fine for failing to fulfill her contractual duties on the 2006 film Pledge This.
The producers of the flop sued Paris for breach of contract after she refused to promote the movie in Russia and the UK, and yesterday a Miami judge ruled that she indeed failed to live up to her obligations, reports the AP.
Although producers of the film were initially seeking $8.3 million dollars, they've reduced the amount of damages to just $160,000.
The judge says he wants to review her contract before ruling on just how much Paris will be required to pay up.
Ugh, as if she doesn't have enough to worry about!

When she was arrested last Friday, Paris Hilton claimed the purse she was carrying with a baggy of cocaine in it wasn't actually hers, but belonged to a friend. Um, oops. From Radar:
In mid-July, Paris Tweeted a photograph of a purse and wrote: "Love My New Chanel Purse I Got Today :)" That purse appears to be identical to the purse she was carrying when arrested on cocaine possession charges in Las Vegas last weekend.
It's definitely the same purse she was carrying when she was arrested (pic here). I'm sure Judge Joe M. Bonaventure Jr. is going to love these pictures. He's the judge who handled the arraignment and preliminary hearing for O.J. Simpson when he was charged with -- and ultimately convicted of -- armed robbery and kidnapping in 2007. In other words, he helped send O.J. to prison for the rest of his life. He might as well have pulled the Sword out of the Stone. Paris Hilton is going to be nothing to this guy.

Brian Quintana, the man who successfully got a judge to grant him a restraining order against Paris Hilton, has claimed that she has herpes. Although with the amount of men this girl has screwed, it would be surprising if she wasn't carrying at least something (other than a condom). I would never wanna wish an STD on anyone, but damn, if you're gonna wish the herpes on someone, who better than Paris Hilton? From the random things I've heard, she just seems like a really mean person who hides behind a fake voice and fake smile. Anyway, the funny part about it is that the information appeared in a news story on E! Online, the very network that is running The Simple Life and also kisses Hilton's a s s every night during their E! News show. The allegations appear as follows:
Quintana testified last month that his relationship with Hilton turned nasty after she overheard him informing her beau, Stavros Niarchos, that she might have a sexually transmitted disease.
"I wanted him to be aware of it--that she had herpes. To make sure he didn't catch anything. He informed me that he was [aware]," Quintana said.
He said Hilton interrupted his conversation with Niarchos and became "furious."
"She said, 'This is between the three of us; if this gets out you're a f---ing dead man,'" Quintana said. He claimed that after the exchange, he began receiving suspicious phone calls and started to believe his life was in "imminent danger."
Quintana further alleged Hilton "has a drug and alcohol problem, some rather shady associates and is known for erratic behavior."
Hilton spokesman Elliot Mintz denied Quintana's allegations, telling Court TV: "She doesn't have herpes. She doesn't have a drug problem," and claiming Quintana was simply trying to humiliate his client in order to gain media attention.
