Actually, I haven't. And, I'm not moralizing. I am not saying that smoking pot should be illegal; I'm saying that currently it is illegal. Personally, I wish it were legal and controlled like alcohol. Too much money is being wasted waging a losing war on drugs which are not more harmful than alcohol.
