Yesterday Paris Hilton lunched at The Ivy, and the heiress handled the mob of paparazzi like a seasoned pro. Miss P rocked a super cute grey sundress, and I wish I could see it better, but since there were about thirty photogs in the way, all I can see is the ruffles on top. Still though, loves it!
