That's right - after a brief stay in London, the hotel heiress is busy brightening the City of Lights!
Of course, she can hardly be expected to travel alone - why, just last night we caught her out on a date!
We're still trying to pin down Paris' new beau's identity, but our photographers have confirmed that the old man seen behind the celebutante's left shoulder as she leaves her hotel is Mounir Moufarrige, the new president of Emmanuel Ungaro.
Maybe Paris is dating his son? Or might she simply be trying to score a few design tips for her fashion line?
Romance? Fashion? Looks like Paris has plenty of both!

Paris Hilton has brought her unique blend of standing still and smiling to Miami. On the agenda: a little perfume promotion, a little club-hopping, a little jealous punching. Socialite stuff.
Seeing her ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, a Greek heir and professional kiteboarder with another girl (or two, or more) sparked the tantrum. All was calm earlier in the week when Paris and Stavros caught-up over dinner at Forge. Between Stavros's recent hookups with Mary-Kate Olsen and Lindsay Lohan, there was lots for the former lovers to talk about.
But Paris sharpened her cut-eye on Wednesday night when Stav-Stav brought some model, Caroline Vreeland, to a party he was hosting at Mansion (because if anyone needs more money, it's trust-fund millionaires who are famous for being famous, minus the famous part). The New York Post reports Stavs was ignoring Paris in favour of Caroline, and Miss Hilton took that exactly as well as you'd expect. "She shot them evil looks and finally stormed up to them and started screaming at Caroline," a witness tells the Post.
The next night was even more outrageous. The Post reports that Paris and Stavros hit three of the same clubs, although it's not clear if they were together or if Paris was just pulling her best Swimfan moves. At their first stop, Stavros was talking to some female arm candy. Again, Paris was not amused and threw a fit that would have the brattiest four-year-old bowing and saying, "Bravo, Madame, bravo." "She literally stood on Stavros' table and began screaming at him," a witness says. "Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention."
Later that evening, Stavros and Ms. Arm Candy hit Set, with Paris in tow. But Miss Hilton was less than gracious and spent her time sweet-talking security to toss Stavs' girl. When her attempts fell on deaf ears, a witness tells the Post that Paris "ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her." Paris's rep denied that there were any punches or slaps, but confirms her evening's itinerary.
