Looks like Paris Hilton was pleased about winning the Reality Innovator Award at the 2009 Fox Reality Channel Really Awards last night, as she tweeted her delight shortly after her acceptance speech.
But what really caught our attention was Miss P's Gwen Stefani-inspired 'do...we don't often see Paris with her hair up like this, and even though it looks like it took an entire can of Aqua Net to complete, we're love love loving the look!

I love the hair, the make-up, the dress...she looks amazing...you know, Paris gets bashed a lot but honestly, she always looks like a million and is one of the few celebrities who NEVER looks fat, hung-over, disheveled, etc. She always looks flawless, every hair in place, always has it together...I think she looks beautiful.
