X17 EXCLUSIVE - Paris And Cy Did Not Split Up, Source Confirms

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits did not call it quits on their relationship, contrary to various online reports.
A source close to the 30-year-old heiress tells X17online exclusively:
- "Paris and Cy aren't broken up. They are just taking a break to think about things. They love each other very much."
Hilton and Waits, a club owner in Vegas, began dating last spring following her breakup with Doug Reinhardt. The two also star together on Paris' new reality show on Oxygen ... The World According To Paris.
As for why they have decided to take a break, the source adds:
- "It's just been hard on them with their relationship being exposed on national television. Cy isn't comfortable in the limelight. This is all very new to him. Plus with all the traveling with Paris' busy schedule, it makes it hard for him to do his business. Paris and Cy both love and respect each other a lot, but they just need time to figure things out."
