Paris And Fergie Hang In Rome Ahead Of Billionairess' Wedding

Paris Hilton and the Black Eyed Peas' Fergie did some damage, shopping in Rome together on Friday. The magnetic strip on their black Amex cards must be destroyed after so many purchases!
So why are the ladies in Rome together, you may ask? They're in town for billionaire pal Petra Ecclestone's Saturday wedding. The F-1 racing heiress is tying the knot with businessman James Stunt in Odescalchi Castle where Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes got married in 2006. Petra's dad Bernie is sparing no expense on the event -- he's reportedly dropping $2.1 on the nuptials and another $1 million to pay Fergie and her Peas to perform! Family friend Eric Clapton will perform for the couple during their first dance.
And after all the celebrating and honeymoon are over, the 22-year-old and her 28-year-old hubby will head back to LA and move into their new home -- the old Spelling mansion Petra snatched up for a cool $85 million.
