Paris Hilton and her family dined at Frida Mexican Cuisine last night to celebrate her cousin's birthday, and the heiress tweeted, "Happy Birthday @Whittles2! Love you so much! So proud of you my beautiful cousin! Finally 21! Huge! :)"
Paris' aunts Kyle and Kim were there, along with Rick, Kathy and Nicky, and of course her main squeeze Cy Waits was by her side. Even though it got a bit chilly, Paris seemed to have a serious case of spring fever with this flirty floral frock. But with the weather going down the toilet in southern California this weekend, it looks like Miss P is going to be busting out the rain boots and Free City sweats!
