Stavros Niarchos might want to start picking out a Valentine's Day present for Paris pretty early - we caught her at the grocery store yesterday and, even though there's more than a month to go until V-Day, she's already gearing up to make a big show of her love for Stavros! The heiress bought a bouquet of balloons emblazoned with declarations of love and confirmed to our cameras that they were intended for Niarchos. Stavros might want to keep an eye peeled - somehow, Paris doesn't seem like the kind of girl to settle for a coupon for a free backrub!
