Paris Hilton: Jealous Lover?

We caught Paris Hilton shopping in what looks like her pajamas underneath a very revealing sweatshirt at the card store yesterday. She might be there picking out a mushy card for Stavros, but her sweatshirt certainly sent a different message! Now that the on again/off again couple is clearly on again, is this Paris' way of telling Stavros to keep away from Lindsay for good?
