Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was busy preparing for her first big birthday party all day yesterday - check out Princess P taking her pooch (in a dog carrier) over to sister Nicky's house in Bev Hills. Later on in the night, Paris celebrated her b-day with a "Moulin Rouge themed" shindig in the Hollywood Hills with her sexy beau slash property Cy Waits.
