What's She Dressed as This Time?

We've seen her as a sexy bunny, a sexy cop and a sexy cave woman, but what's this costume supposed to be?
We caught the heiress out in this black and red number the day after Halloween, so we're not even sure it's a costume. Is she just in her "regular" clothes here?
Oh, Paris, this is definitely a costume fail...or an outfit fail...either way it's not good.
