X17 has obtained these images of Paris Hilton last night outside the parking garage at the Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood, as cops stopped her for driving without her headlights. Paris' car was towed and she was cited for driving with a suspended license.

And the more cops on a stop, the better. That way some idiot can't say they tried to fondle them and sue them for it.
