The sentence was HALF of what normal people receive, then halved again for good behavior before she ever showed up to serve her time. Apparently, she was the very first person in the history of mankind to find incarceration to be unpleasant, and cried her way out of being held responsible for her actions. She needs to do the entire sentence, at a minimum, to finally be shown that every action has possible repercussions, something her parents obviously never showed her. Upon being released, after 3 days of hard time, by crying her way out, it couldn`t be MORE obvious that the entire ordeal hasn`t taught her anything and she still thinks that her actions are above reproach. She needs to stay in jail until she learns otherwise.

"8:01PM" There are plenty of people who did far less and are serving their time. Remember, she had a DUI and was released. They suspended her licence, but she was free. Then she drove on a suspension from a DUI and nothing happened to her. She drove again on a suspended licence and got 45 days less than anyone else would get. Anyone else would have gotten 90 days for the first incident. Keep in mind that she already had her hand slapped for the DUI. The judge had to take into consideration that when allowed to go free after the DUI, she still refused to obey the law. She received more chances than any of us would and she chose to do as she pleased. That put her in the position of allowing a judge to do as he pleased. Its her fault. period.

If she hadn't had driven with a suspended license after the drink driving incident - none of this would be happening. The court is doing this for her own good - because if she was to continue drink driving in the near future - she could possibly kill someone else on the road, or even herself. By letting her out of jail - it is sending a message around the world - not just to other celebrities but to other communities that her actions are acceptable - what kind of precedent does that set for other drivers and the community??
