X17 got this Xclusive video of Rick and Kathy Hilton's assistant running errands today just ahead of Paris' return ... He picked up a massage table!, Sprinkles cupcakes, flowers, and balloons and he also chauffeured Paris' brother and a friend to Barney's and to the Westfield Mall in Century City where it seems Barron picked up a suit for tonight's festivities or perhaps a new dress for Paris!
