Penelope Works Her Frustrations Out at the Gym, Not on the Paps!
We caught a relatively docile Penelope Cruz leaving a gym in Beverly Hills yesterday. All those endorphins musta affected her mood cuz there wasn't a sneer in sight (a scowl, maybe, but not a sneer)! Maybe she decided to follow Cameron's lead - working out constantly puts you in a great mood and all of a sudden you're lovin the photogs! Well, maybe she's not quite there yet, but if she keeps visiting the gym, we have faith she might be soon!

She had to wear a fake booty in "Volver" to give her some shape...doesn't look like she had to wear any fake boobs, though!
