Pete Wentz lunched with steady sweetheart Meagan Camper at Sweet Butter in Studio City on Wednesday afternoon, and while all is well with their relationship, he revealed in the new issue of Rolling Stone that his life was out of control after his 2011 divorce from Ashlee Simpson.

The Fall Out Boy rocker candidly discussed his struggle with paranoia and how he began abusing the prescription drugs Xanax and Klonopin. "I was probably physically and mentally addicted. It started from insomnia and anxiety from flying, then it spiraled," he said.

"I felt like a loser already," he adding, referencing his divorce. "I'd basically gone from being the guy in Fall Out Boy to being the guy, who, like, hangs out all day. I didn't see how I'd ever come out on the other side ... I was scared of everything. I thought there were always people listening to me. Like, I had my house searched for bugs. It was crazy."

On the bright side, Pete said therapy and being a parent to four-year-old son Bronx helped him get through it. "You’re up in the morning, and you have to really be there," he said. "It’s not like getting up for a radio interview. In some ways, that was super helpful for my soul."

To celebrate his band's album debuting at number one, Pete Wentz and girlfriend Meagan Camper grabbed some grub at IHOP on Friday.

The Fall Out Boy bassist and his supermodel girl have been quite the item recently and given his band's success, they'll certainly have more time to enjoy the fruits of his labor!

The Fall Out Boy musician has been going strong with his model girlfriend for some time now, but it's another woman who is reportedly causing stress in his life!

The bassist is rumored to be concerned about ex-wife Ashlee Simpson's drinking and her ability to care for their 4-year-old son Bronx.

"Pete is worried that Bronx's well-being could be affected if Ashlee continues to party hard, and he's concerned about her right now. With the situation as it is, if Ashlee doesn't sort herself out soon, Pete believes he will have no option but to go to the courts to get this matter resolved," a source dished to Radar.

If there ends up being a custody battle, Pete gets our vote!

Pete Wentz and girlfriend Meagan Camper are spending more and more time parenting Pete's son Bronx, as his ex-wife Ashlee Simpson is busy traveling and partying with friends ... according to a new report.

The "Pieces of Me" singer has let her Fall Out Boy ex take primary custody of their 4-1/2-year-old son so she can live her life freely and Pete's not too happy about it, according to RadarOnline.

"Pete’s told Ashlee that enough is enough, and she has to cut back on the partying. He’s even spoken to [her mom] Tina to get her take on the matter and make sure that he’s not overreacting in any way. She reassured him that he isn’t and said she’s been worried about Ashlee too," according to the website's source.

Following a three year break, Fall Out Boy has decided to get the band together and crank out some new tunes!

"'My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)' is the first single from Fall Out Boy's new album, Save Rock and Roll, which will be released globally on May 6/7, 2013, the 10th anniversary of Fall Out Boy's first full-length studio album in 2003, Take This To Your Grave," reads the press release.

The press release adds: "In conjunction with today’s news, Fall Out Boy will play three intimate one-night-only club dates for their fans this week, starting tonight in Chicago (Subterranean), tomorrow night in New York City (Webster Hall Studio), and Los Angeles (Roxy) on Thursday night (Feb. 7). The Save Rock and Roll tour kicks off May 14 in Milwaukee, Wis., at the Rave (tour dates to follow)."

The band couldn't be happier about being back together!

"When we were kids the only thing that got us through most days was music. It's why we started Fall Out Boy in the first place. This isn't a reunion because we never broke up. We needed to plug back in and make some music that matters to us. The future of Fall Out Boy starts now. Save Rock And Roll ...." they said in their own statement.

We wonder if there's going to be a song about Ashlee Simpson?

These two have been dating for a while now, so could marriage be in the cards for this cute couple? The leggy model has shown her maternal side on playdates with his son Bronx, so we know she'd be a great stepmom!

How is fatherhood treating Mr. Wentz these days?

"I mean, I'm [still] trying to conquer... putting away our toys after they're used. I'm going to get there, and I feel like by the time we get there, hopefully I'll have figured out where I sit on it and I can actually give decent advice," he dished to Us.

Pete Wentz, son Bronx and girlfriend Meagan Camper were spotted at the Farmers Market in Studio City over the weekend, and the trio couldn't stop smiling when we snapped their picture. The other day Pete tweeted, "'It feels like we only go backwards.'" followed by "You're beginning to irk me, I am irked," and at first we thought there might be trouble with his lady love, but clearly that was directed at ex-wife Ashlee Simpson someone else!

In other news, MTV Books announced last month that they will be releasing the Fall Out Boy rocker's book on February 26 titled Gray: A Novel, which was co-written with James Montgomery.

Wentz has noted that the story is "vaguely autobiographical" and according to a press release, "The rise to fame is not always smooth and glamorous, and Gray reveals the rocky road to stardom, including the extreme highs and lows along the way. Based heavily on Pete Wentz’s own tumultuous life, Gray is about a singer named Pete. Pete is touring with a band, struggling to understand who he is, where he’s been, and what he’s become. He vacillates between the highs of being recognized as an international sex symbol and the aching hopelessness he feels when he is alone."

Pete Wentz and his adorable son Bronx went on an errand run in Studio City on Saturday, and the week before that the 4-year-old traveled with mom Ashlee Simpson and the rest of her family to Hawaii for Christmas.

Ash is back in New York City, and we know she's working on her upcoming fourth album, but since she's split from beau Vincent Piazza, we have to wonder why she's so far away from her little boy! Why not move back to Los Angeles? We know Pete loves being on daddy duty when he's not hanging out with his hot young girlfriend, but we're guessing Bronx misses mommy!
