Pete Wentz Seeking Joint Custody Of Son Bronx

Pete Wentz filed legal papers today asking for joint custody of Bronx, which appears to be a response to ex-wife Ashlee Simpson filing for sole custody of their son last month.
Wentz also requested that each party pay their respective legal fees (Simpson asked that Wentz pay for the both of them), and though experts say there isn't enough detail in the divorce filings to predict a bitter custody battle, Pete is clearly unhappy with Ashlee's requests.
Just days after their divorce announcement, Simpson and Wentz released the following statement: "We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority."

She probably wants a divorce cuz of that hair.

Ashlee wants child support and spousal support,that's why she's asking for sole custody.
And Pete is smart.He doesn't want to pay child support to her,so,joint custody is wonderful for him.
But the poor homely kid is the innocent one.Ashlee is using him for money,and Pete's using him to escape the child and spousal support.I feel the poor boy.
No wonder this kid is never happy...greedy parents.Both are losers.
And he should cut that weird hair...it's awful.

this old but pete deserve alot better. avril never had a child. avril has talent would be better mom than ashlee. avril would help pete out with his music.
