X17 XCLUSIVE: Pete Pays Tribute!
Pete Wentz was generous enough to give us a few moments of his time yesterday - but he was even more generous towards his father!
The Fall Out Boy bassist was all too quick to pay tribute to his own papa when we asked him for his thoughts on fatherhood yesterday, professing a wish to be "half as good" as his dad's example. Way to go, Pete - with an attitude as positive as yours, we're sure you won't have any problems reaching that goal!
Pete also took the opportunity to do a little rumor control, expressing outright astonishment at the rumors that he and Ashlee had been seen buying baby clothes emblazoned with the word "Hunk". "Don't believe everything you read," the rocker admonished our cameraman. No problem, Pete - we'll cut it out just as soon as you tell us whether it's a boy or a girl!
Good ol' Pete - he's always in a good mood!
