Phoebe Price never ceases to make us smile. She tries sooo hard to make her outfits match, she loves the paps and she even had a role in "Get Smart." Ok, so she was an extra, but still!

Her ring looks like a medium sized bird laid an egg on her hand, but the rest of her outfit isn't that bad! If she lost the belt and shortened her hem about six inches, it's totally something we could see Lindsay or Lauren Conrad wearing!

What does this BOO-gly bitch do for a living? I see her media whoring it up bigtime at events, yet she's not an actress (no talent), isn't a model (too ugly) and isn't a behind the scenes person (too stupid). So, why is it that photogs like this agency insist on shoving digustingly ugly pictures of her down our throats? Go take pics of someone attractive, for god sakes...
