Phoebe Price Is A Panda At The Pumpkin Patch

Phoebe Price hit up the pumpkin patch in Beverly Hills on Saturday, where she started her own Halloween traditions.
Those traditions included wearing a dress far too short for a family-friendly place, possible elder abuse (see Price's mother pulling her around in a child's wagon), horseback riding and, our personal favorite, holding miniature pumpkins in highly suggestive ways (see that pic after the jump.)
With Phoebe, every day is Halloween!
