Pippa Middleton could face jail time after a photo was snapped of her and several friends driving around Paris with a semi-automatic handgun pointed at photographers.

The 27-year-old sister-in-law of Prince William rode in the front passenger seat of an Audi convertible as the driver pointed a weapon at the shutterbugs, causing a concerned witness to file a formal complaint with Paris police. If the gun is real, the unidentified man holding it faces up to seven years in prison, and even if the weapon is fake, he'll still face up to two years.

Additionally, a law enforcement source tells Us Magazine, "If the evidence points to [Pippa Middleton's] involvement, she will be prosecuted. Anybody involved in the illegal use of a handgun in public is liable to arrest and interrogation." Yikes!

Justin Timberlake may be back together with Jessica Biel, but the 30-year-old actor/singer recently admitted that he has the hots of a member of the royal family!

"Us American males are big fans of Pippa [Middleton]," Timberlake told Esquire UK's latest issue. "We like the Middletons very much. I'm going to sound like a sleazeball. I'm going to stop right there!"

While Pippa may be flattered by JT's comments, she recently reunited with beau Alex Loudon, so we highly doubt a hookup between these two would ever happen, but who knows?! This is the guy who once dated Britney Spears...

But Harry confirmed to The Daily Mail that he and Pippa are not an item. It seems the rumors are more what the public wants than what really is! Harry attended the Hard Rock Calling concert at Hyde Park in London Friday night, where he said he and Pippa's friendship is "strictly platonic."

"Pippa? Ha! No, I am not seeing anyone at the moment. I'm 100 percent single ... I'm working a lot at the moment, so dating and watching TV are the last things I have time for. I am hoping to get a holiday in August. I haven't been to South Africa in a long time, so maybe I'll go there."

South Africa is the home of Harry's ex, Chelsy Davy, 25. The two were schoolmates and dated on and off for years, and Davy attended William and Kate's wedding. But Harry is moving on -- a source told the Mail he spent much of the night at the concert in deep conversation with an American blonde.

Apparently being in her sister Kate's wedding to Prince William did not give Pippa Middleton the bride bug.

Pippa, 27, has broken up with her boyfriend Alex Loudon, 30, according to multiple reports from the UK. Loudon, a banker and former cricket player, was her date to the royal wedding in April.

Pippa has been spotted out and about with former flame George Percy lately -- including at a tennis match last week in London.

Who knew Pippa Middleton was such a tennis fan?!

While her sis Kate, now the Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William were turning heads at the Epsom Derby in England, Pippa hopped the Channel and put in an appearance at the French Open.

And as heads bobbed left-to-right, following the tennis ball as it bounced between Rafael Nadal and Ivan Ljubicic, many eyes stopped to focus on the world's new "It" girl.

Middelton, 27, then jetted back to England to compete in the GE Blenheim Triathlon on Saturday. She's a sports fan AND an athlete!
