Although her royal sibling is back in England, we're sure the brunette beauty isn't hurting for pals to help her ring in another year. After all, wealthy hotelier Andre Balazs is said to be hosting the British socialite on her trip to the States, and she's been spotted enjoying extravagant dinners with junior tennis ace Spencer Vegosen.

Earlier in the day, Miss Middleton headed to the Meatpacking District - in a yellow cab no less! - for lunch at the swanky Soho House. Rumors have been swirling that the Celebrate: A Year of British Festivities for Family and Friends author is contemplating a move to the States after she was spotted apartment hunting with a realtor earlier in the week.
